What areas of the body can be treated?
Lumecca can be used on all areas of the body. The most common areas of treatment are those that are regularly exposed to the sun often includes the face, neck, décolletage, hands and arms.
In just one to three sessions Lumecca improves the appearance of:
• Age spots (red/brown pigmentations)
• Vascular lesions such as facial telangiectasias (spider veins) and poikiloderma
• Rosacea (redness)
• Freckles
• Sun damage

Our Therapists will recommend the optimal number of sessions to be performed based on your personal objectives, however typically three treatments are required, often spaced four - six weeks apart. Treatment times and frequency will be specifically tailored to obtain the optimal results which is why you will be invited for a consultation prior to your treatment.

Lumecca is a quick, simple and safe treatment.
Your skin will be cleansed to remove any make up and a conductive gel will be placed on to the treatment area.As this is a light treatment, the pulse from the laser is extremely bright and you will be given protective goggle to cover your eyes.
Your therapist will then pass the laser handpiece over the treatment area. You may feel a short, sharp pain, however most clients describe the treatment as comfortable.
